These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Casino XO ("the Casino," "we," "us") and all registered players ("you," "the Player"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, do not create an account or use the Casino's services.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Casino XO. This applies to all players worldwide including the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
1.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any bonuses claimed, and review of pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.
1.3 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
1.4 Restricted Jurisdictions
Casino XO does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. 2. Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 3. Deposits & Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Methods
Casino XO accepts the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash (minimum ₱50), Maya / PayMaya (minimum ₱100), BDO / BPI / Metrobank bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) with no conversion fees.
3.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit for GCash is ₱50. Minimum for bank transfer and crypto is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method — check the cashier for current limits. Self-imposed deposit limits can be set in responsible gambling settings.
3.3 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your casino balance. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations). Casino XO does not charge deposit fees.
4. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods previously used for deposits. Casino XO does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or names other than the account holder. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The Casino reserves the right to run additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Package

5.2 Wagering Requirements
All casino bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.4 General Bonus Rules

11. Limitation of Liability
Casino XO provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties about uninterrupted service availability. The Casino's liability to any player is limited to the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months prior to the claim.
