These Betting and Game Rules govern all real-money gameplay at Casino XO. These rules complement the Terms & Conditions and apply to all games available on the platform. Game-specific rules (displayed within each game) take precedence over these general rules where a conflict exists.

1. General Provisions

By placing a bet at Casino XO, you confirm that you have read and agree to these rules. Casino XO reserves the right to amend these rules with reasonable notice to players. The hierarchy of rules is: game-specific rules > these Betting Rules > Terms & Conditions > applicable law.

Casino XO offers casino games only (slots, live casino, crash games, table games). Sports betting is not available on this platform.

2. Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is considered placed and accepted once you receive confirmation from the system (spin animation begins, or bet accepted message displayed). Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a dispute, the Casino XO server records are the definitive source of bet and outcome data.

If a game disconnects after a bet is placed but before an outcome is determined, the bet remains valid and the outcome is determined by the server-side result. The game will display the result on reconnection.

3. RNG Certification and RTP Disclosure

All slot games and automated table games at Casino XO use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not predictable or manipulable by Casino XO or players.

4. Slot Game Rules

Each slot game has its own specific rules accessible via the game's "i" or "Help" button. General rules applicable to all slots:

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and displayed in the game interface. Winnings are calculated based on the paytable displayed within the game. Malfunction voids all pays and play — if a technical error affects a game round, the bet is voided and returned. Free spins earned during gameplay are governed by the rules displayed in the game.

5. Live Casino Rules (Evolution Gaming)

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from Evolution Gaming studios. The following rules apply:

Bets must be placed before the betting timer expires — late bets are not accepted. In the event of a dealer disconnection or stream failure, all bets for the affected round are voided and returned. Session timeouts apply after 60 minutes of inactivity. The dealer's on-screen actions and verbal announcements are final where technical records do not conclusively determine an outcome.

6. Crash Game Rules (Aviator, Spaceman)

Crash games (Aviator by Spribe, Spaceman by Pragmatic Play) operate on a multiplier that increases from 1.00× at the start of each round. Players must cash out before the multiplier "crashes." Failure to cash out before the crash results in a loss of the bet. Auto-cashout can be set to automatically withdraw winnings at a chosen multiplier.

7. Bonus Wagering Contribution

Maximum bet while a bonus is active is set per promotion. Exceeding the maximum bet during active wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus. See bonus terms for specifics.

8. Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot games contribute a portion of each bet to the jackpot pool. The jackpot pool accumulates across all Casino XO players wagering on the same title. Winners are notified immediately and the jackpot amount is credited to their Casino XO account. Jackpot wins are paid in full regardless of withdrawal limits for that specific jackpot.

9. Fair Play and Anti-Abuse Policy

Casino XO prohibits the following activities and may void bets, close accounts, or withhold winnings if these are detected:

Multi-accounting (operating more than one Casino XO account); use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets; collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics; exploitation of software errors or obvious pricing mistakes; low-risk arbitrage strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine risk; VPN or proxy use to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

10. Palpable Error Doctrine

If a game round result is affected by an obvious technical or pricing error — for example, a slot displaying a payout table with clearly incorrect multipliers due to a display glitch — Casino XO reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have winnings voided and accounts suspended.

11. Dispute Resolution

Game records are retained for 90 days. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, contact Casino XO support within 90 days of the disputed event with your game round ID. Disputes are escalated through: Casino XO support → Casino XO senior management → independent ADR (Casino.Guru, AskGamblers) if unresolved within 28 days.
